The case features a carry handle on top, multiple compartments inside and still retains the often missing shoulder strap. All of the studs and snaps look to be present, and it is even maker marked on the body under the top flap as follows: bla 1944 (Eagle) WaA159 "bla" is the German WWII three letter code for maker E.
