A Royal Naval Air Service (RNAS) Officer's Shoulder Board Auction numbered "010026" on the reverseStiff framed, black wool upper with two rows of rank stripes in gold coloured silver wire, the upper row incorporating a loop, a green, white and brown embroidered pip glued in place above the loop, a brass button bearing the RNAS eagle with the King's crown above and rope border, black cloth backer, 55 mm x 130 mm, uniform worn as evidenced by the threading on the reverse, traces of glue on the upper near the pip, edge wear, better than very fine.
