Charm Necklace Sterilized Titanium Grade 23 InternallyThis one will work best with 10 mm length VCH Piercing and you can use it either way but if your hood is migrated then i do not recommend but if you still want to use the 6mm or 8mm length then you can only use it when the big ball is on the bottom because of the weight.
