This is a lovely example of the ever so popular British Made M1 General Purpose Ammunition Bag, often referred to as the grenade bag. The bag itself is constructed out of the same heavy duty canvas use to make most of the British P37 web gear. Before the Normandy landings and the beginning of the operations in Europe, the US army had already settled in Britain for several years and turned the territory into a true
