An oval shaped badge, the obverse centre presenting a Roman broad sword pointing upwards, with a Wolfsangel Rune superimposed over the hilt of the sword at the base of an elongated oak leaf wreath, superimposed over a swastika, the reverse presents a principal vertical pin assembly, marked M1 52 for Deschler & Sohn, Mnchen, measuring 44. 42 mm (w) x 59. 33 mm (h), weighing 21. 6 grams, and in very fine condition.
