Vibrant, vivid, technicolor floral print that is a feast for the eyes. Incredible one shoulder silhouette. A beautiful, gathered silk chiffon with a high side slit that pulls back to reveal a silk mini dress within (lined in silk as well). Side zipper and hook closure. Complete with mtching silk chiffon scarf that can be worn on the head, neck, or possibly tied as a belt. This
